Why Nutrition Harmony?
I've had the privilege to support more than a thousand clients to form a healthier relationship with food. Through this work, and my own personal experience, I have learnt that understanding what to eat is only a small part of the equation. There are so many tools and strategies I wish I knew at the start of my healing journey that would have really helped me understand how to make sustainable changes to my relationship with food.
I created Nutrition Harmony as a holistic course to develop the mindset, knowledge and strategies to heal your relationship with food so you can give up dieting and make peace with food and your body.

I don’t just speak from clinical experience when I acknowledge that changing your relationship with food isn’t always easy. I can relate when my clients share their challenges with embarking on restrictive diets, being fearful of certain foods, and experiencing disordered eating behaviours - because I've been there too. I completely understand that it’s not always easy to detach from the strings of diet culture and make peace with food, but with the right strategies and support - the journey can be so much smoother.

Yes, absolutely. They’re designed to be watched 1 week apart to give you time to integrate the teachings and take action, but essentially you can watch them at any time from the comfort of your own home. You will have ongoing access to watch the videos back.

Yes, absolutely. There is a Q&A section in the final module (4) where I answer questions from previous rounds, but if you have any questions along the way please feel free to email me on hello@naturalnourishco.com. I’ll also check in with you along the way so you can reply to those emails with questions.

This is not designed as a weight loss course, however I will be teaching you how to eat in a way that supports optimal health and giving you strategies to listen to your body and regulate hunger. Weight loss may result as a side effect of this, but it is not something we focus on (which can be very liberating!).

This course goes far beyond asking you to rely on willpower and gives you a number of mental, nutritional and emotional strategies to feel more empowered to work through your challenges with food.
